You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your product for a full refund, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, You are responsible for obtaining and paying for your own return label.
If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it, we will issue a one time replacement as a courtesy free of charge once you provide a valid payment method on file. If the original item later arrives and you decide to keep it, we reserve the right to charge the card on file. If the original item later arrives and you no longer want it, You are responsible for obtaining and paying for your own return label. After the one-time courtesy replacement, any future instances of not receiving your package will be subject to a replacement fee.
While we understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, please note that carriers may experience natural delays due to weather, holidays, high-volume seasons, or other circumstances outside of our control. We always recommend allowing a reasonable amount of extra time during these periods. We are not responsible for carrier delays unless it has been more than 15 business days since your order was shipped. If so, we will send a one time replacement as a courtesy free of charge.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

To cancel or modify your subscription, please use your portal or feel free to contact us at info@hasanmirzamd.com or 209-886-2828 at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
Cancellations made or requested on the billing day or within 3 days of the billing cycle cannot be processed and will not be eligible for a refund.
