SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time. However, please note that all delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free Standard Shipping: All domestic orders ship free via ground shipping (2–5 business day delivery). No minimum order required!
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10am PST will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 10am PST will be shipped the next business day. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
  • Orders received after Friday 10am PST will be shipped on Monday. 

 

Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated based on your shipping address. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday only. Expedited orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day, typically Monday.

 

International Shipping
We offer international shipping starting at $50. Import taxes, duties, VAT etc. will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery of the item.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Unopened items may be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be advised that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping fees are separate and at the discretion of the sender.

Incorrect Items: In the event that we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item we will gladly take the item back and either process a full refund or facilitate an exchange. 

In the event that you inadvertently ordered the wrong item our standard refund policy applies.

 

Subscription policy
Subscriptions can be modified once the customer logs into their account. Customers have the option to pause, reschedule or cancel their subscriptions at their own discretion. However, if you would like us to pause, reschedule, or cancel subscription for you, we are happy to do so. Just call us at 209-886-2828. 

 

Replacement Item Policy
If your order is lost, damaged, or not received, please notify us as soon as possible. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to assume responsibility for loss, theft, or misdelivery.

However,  we will assist in filing a claim if the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit,  but if the carrier confirms proper delivery and you report that you did not receive the item but request a replacement, we reserve the right to charge applicable replacement and shipping fees.
