H2 Infuse Usage Guide
- Dissolve 1 tablet in 12-16oz of purified water. A sealed bottle is not necessary.
- It's recommended to use glass or other non-reactive containers.
- Drink immediately and repeat up to 3x per day.
- Do not swallow tablets directly.
- Store tablets at room temp.
- H2 Infuse will generate about 8ppm of molecular hydrogen per tablet in 500mL of purified water within 2 minutes without using a closed container.
- As a fitness aid, take 1 serving just prior to workouts
- As a fitness recovery aid, take just after activities.
- As a daily supplement, take 1-3 servings daily or as directed by a Health Care Professional.
