I have been using this product for 2 1/2 months now. My chiropractor encouraged me to do this and my reg Dr approved it. I have trouble with my neck and knees and this has helped a lot.
I can tell when I forget to take it for a couple of days. My first bottle has lasted the 2 1/2 months and purchased another bottle. I do not want to go without. I have noticed a slight improvement in my skin although that’s not what I’m taking it for. So that’s a plus.
