Supports healthy energy, cognitive function, immunity and stress management.
- Fights fatigue with energy-producing NADH
- Supports mental clarity
- Supports the immune system
Research-Supported Benefits:
Supports Energy Levels. NADH (a reduced form of NAD+) is a naturally occurring energy-rich derivative of niacin (vitamin B3) that is essential for the production of cellular energy. Each molecule of NADH produces three molecules of energy in the form of ATP, giving your body a boost in a non-stimulating way. Research shows that people who took 20 mg of NADH (combined with 200 mg of coenzyme Q10) for eight weeks had significantly reduced fatigue.1
Supports Healthy Stress Management. A 3-month clinical study found that people who were chronically fatigued and took 20 mg of NADH had significant reductions in anxious feelings and heart rate after stress tests.2
Supports Cognitive Function. NADH has been studied for its role in supporting brain health and mental clarity. A 6-month clinical study showed that people who took 10 mg of NADH per day exhibited significantly higher scores of memory performance, including verbal fluency and reasoning.3
Supports Immune Function. NADH supports the immune system by creating healthier inflammatory pathways. Dysregulated levels of inflammatory signaling molecules called cytokines can impair immune function.4
