More NAD+. More Energy.
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme found in every cell of your body, essential for converting nutrients into energy, activating DNA-repair enzymes (PARPs), and regulating sirtuins—proteins that influence gene expression and longevity. As a cornerstone of cellular metabolism, NAD+ supports energy production, DNA integrity, and healthy aging.*1,3-5,6
By middle age, NAD+ levels in some tissues can drop by up to 50%, slowing down cellular repair and metabolic efficiency. One of the most effective ways to maintain NAD+ is with Nicotinamide Riboside (NR)—a clinically studied form of vitamin B3 that supports the body’s natural NAD+ production pathways, helping you feel energized, resilient, and more youthful as you age.*1,3-5,6
Why NR Stands Apart
- The Gold Standard: Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) is the ultimate NAD+ precursor, serving as an essential building block in the NAD+ synthesis pathway*1,3,4
- Scientifically Supported: A form of vitamin B3, NR has undergone extensive clinical testing, demonstrating both efficacy and a strong safety profile*1,3,5,6,8
- 37 Trillion Benefits: NAD+ fuels energy production in trillions of cells, supporting the health and function of every vital organ in the body*1,3,6,7
- Rapid Results: NR starts boosting NAD+ levels within 24 hours, with substantial increases observed over days to weeks in a dose-dependent manner*1,3,6,8

Supercharge NAD+ with Clinical Strength NR
Rebuild Your Body’s NAD+ Supply—Daily*
To maintain peak performance, your body requires a steady supply of NAD+. With NR, you can effortlessly and continuously support your NAD+ levels. Research demonstrates that supplementing with NR can elevate NAD+ levels in a dose-dependent manner, meaning higher doses yield greater increases in NAD+ concentrations.*1,3,6,8
Fuel Cellular Energy Production*
NAD+ plays a vital role in converting food into usable energy at the cellular level. With NR, you can optimize ATP production, leading to enhanced energy availability throughout the body. This boost in cellular energy not only supports physical performance but also contributes to enhanced quality of life.*1,3,6
Target All 12 Hallmarks of Aging*
As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline, making replenishment essential to support core longevity processes. NAD+ targets the root causes of aging, fueling essential enzymes like PARPs, which repair DNA and maintain cellular integrity, and activating Sirtuins, which regulate gene expression, inflammation, and stress response—key contributors to healthy aging.*1,3,4,6
A Word from our Chief Science Officer
“Raising NAD+ levels is all about delivering niacin equivalents—the molecular building blocks your body uses to generate NAD+. Nicotinamide riboside has long been a standout for its proven results and strong clinical foundation. Now, next-generation forms like NR hydrogen malate (NRHM) are taking the science even further. With improved stability, robust safety data, and the added metabolic benefits of malic acid, NRHM represents a significant advancement in NAD+ support—and one of the most promising innovations in the field today.”
100-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll feel the difference. But if you’re not completely satisfied, simply return the bottle within 100 days—no questions asked.
